Microneedling

Microneedling is a popular cosmetic treatment that is used to improve the appearance of the skin by stimulating the production of collagen and elastin. The treatment involves using a device with tiny needles to create microscopic punctures in the skin. This triggers the body's natural healing response, leading to the production of new collagen and elastin, which can improve the appearance of wrinkles, scars, and other skin imperfections.

Microneedling, also known as collagen induction therapy, is a skin rejuvenation treatment that involves the use of a device with fine needles to create controlled micro-injuries in the skin. These micro-injuries stimulate the production of collagen and elastin, which are proteins that help to firm and tighten the skin.

During a microneedling treatment, a device with fine needles is passed over the skin, creating tiny punctures in the surface. The depth of the needles can be adjusted to target different skin concerns and layers of the skin. After the treatment, the skin begins to repair itself, producing new collagen and elastin in the process.

Microneedling can be used to improve the appearance of a variety of skin concerns, including fine lines and wrinkles, acne scars, uneven skin tone, and large pores. It is generally considered safe and has few side effects, although the skin may be red and slightly swollen immediately after the treatment. It is important to follow the recommendations of a skin care professional when undergoing microneedling treatments.

Microneedling can be used on almost any area of the body, including the face, neck, and chest. It is most effective on people with mild to moderate wrinkles and scars. Generally, 3-6 treatments are recommended every 4-6 weeks to see optimal results.

One of the main advantages of microneedling is that it is a non-surgical treatment that requires minimal to no downtime. Most patients can return to their normal activities immediately after their treatment. Results can be seen within a few weeks, and they typically last for several months.

Chemical Peels AKA Radiant Peel

Chemical peels are skin treatments that involve the application of a solution to the skin to remove the outer layers of dead skin cells. The purpose of a radian peel is to improve the appearance of the skin by reducing the visibility of blemishes, uneven skin tone, fine lines, and wrinkles.

There are different types of chemical peels, ranging from light to deep, depending on the depth of the peel and the specific skin concerns being treated. Light peels are generally used to exfoliate the skin and improve the appearance of mild imperfections, while deeper peels are used to treat more significant skin concerns, such as deep wrinkles and acne scars.

During a chemical peel treatment, the skin is first cleansed and then the solution is applied to the skin. The solution is left on the skin for a set amount of time before it is neutralized and removed. The treated skin may be red immediately after the treatment.

It is important to follow the recommendations of a skin care professional when undergoing a chemical peel treatment, as the strength and duration of the peel should be carefully controlled to avoid damaging the skin. Our signature Radiant Peels are generally considered safe, but they may not be suitable for all skin types and may not be recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions. We currently use skinceuticals glycolic for out radiant peels. This will leave your skin feeling refreshed and smooth. This can also be done 4-5 hours before an event to make sure your makeup goes on flawlessly and smooth.

LED Light Therapy

LED (light-emitting diode) light therapy is a non-invasive skin treatment that uses specific wavelengths of light to improve the health and appearance of the skin. It is often used to improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tone, and acne.

During an LED light therapy treatment, a device with LED lights is placed near the skin, and the light is absorbed by the cells in the skin. Different wavelengths of light are used to target specific skin concerns. For example, blue light is often used to kill acne-causing bacteria, while red light is used to stimulate collagen production and improve the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

LED light therapy is generally considered safe and has few side effects. It is often used in combination with other skin treatments, such as facials or chemical peels, to enhance the overall results. It is important to follow the recommendations of a skin care professional or dermatologist when using LED light therapy, as the intensity and duration of the treatment should be carefully controlled to avoid damaging the skin.

Hydrafacial

A HydraFacial is a non-invasive skin treatment that uses a combination of cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration, and antioxidant protection to improve the overall health and appearance of the skin. It is often used to address a variety of skin concerns, including fine lines and wrinkles, uneven skin tone, clogged pores, and dryness.

The HydraFacial treatment begins with cleansing and exfoliation to remove dead skin cells and prepare the skin for the other steps. Next, the skin is treated with a gentle acid peel to help loosen and remove impurities. A specialized device is then used to extract any excess oil and debris from the pores.

The final step of the treatment involves the application of a serum containing a blend of antioxidants, peptides, and hyaluronic acid to help hydrate and nourish the skin. The serum is applied using a special device that uses vortex technology to infuse the serum into the skin.

HydraFacials are generally considered safe and effective for all skin types and can be customized to meet the specific needs of the individual. They are often performed as a standalone treatment or in a series to achieve the desired results. It is important to follow the recommendations of a skin care professional when undergoing a HydraFacial treatment.

Lymphatic Facials

A lymphatic massage drains buildup of lymphatic fluid within your face. This massage treatment enhances circulation in your face by delivering oxygen around the skin and pushing waste and toxins out of the lymph nodes. Using the pads of their fingers, your esthetician will massage your face in the direction of the lymphatic flow and use circular movements to gently stimulate the lymph vessels below your skin. This pressure serves to clear excess fluid and toxins in your face. This is also a good option if you suffer from chronic swelling to the face or allergies.
